We have reached the end of two very long terms. While we are still in our old classrooms, it shouldn't be too much longer we get to move into our BRAND NEW classrooms!
Be sure to come back here and have a look during the holidays as we will be updating it with all the new things we will be doing in term 3.
Have a wonderful holiday everybody! See you bright and early in term 3!

Inquiry project
As part of our inquiry lessons students have been given a 'mission' to complete:
"The year is 2050, Earth has become overcrowded and resources are slowly running out. Water is precious and vegetation is dying. NASA has developed a Space craft which is capable of flying to any planet in our solar system without disintegrating. You have been specially chosen because of the knowledge you have learnt during the inquiry lessons.Your mission is to choose one of the planets in our solar system which humans can inhabit in the hope of creating another ‘Earth’ in space."
While they will share their projects in class, this post is a great opportunity to share informative, interesting or fun facts you find as you research.
For instance, did you know Neptune's surface gravity is almost exactly the same as Earth's? or that Sun's gravity is 28 times that of Earth's?
What other interesting things have you found out?

Share your achievements!
With so many of you playing different sports and other activities each week, this post will be great in sharing your achievements, break down of your games or even a place to congratulate each other.
Be sure to share your results and player of the day achievements as well as how well your dancing or swimming is going!
